Be it known, That in recognition of exhibiting distinguished scholarship and exemplary character while a student at Lehigh University and having been duly elected by the above Chapter David A. Bader of the Class of 1990 is hereby declared and certified a member of Tau Beta Pi and is granted all the honors, insignia and privileges of this Association.
