Soroush Vahidi was born in Isfahan, Iran, in 1997. He got his bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Isfahan University of Technology in 2020. During his undergraduate, he did many projects related to theoretical computer science and got honors in ACM ICPC and other competitive programming contests. Since January 2022, he has been a Ph.D. student of computer science at Ying Wu College of Computing in New Jersey Institue of Technology, under the supervision of Professor Baruch Schieber and Professor David Bader. His research interests are algorithms, complexity theory, high-performance computing, and optimization.
